Cancel an order

From the Orders page, click on 'View' button of the order you want to cancel.

From the Order Details page, click the 'cancel order' button in the upper right corner

This feature is only available for orders in Processing status, typically MIT.

Refund instead of cancel

If an order is no longer available for cancellation (for example, it has already been processed), issue a refund instead.
