Cancel an order
You can instruct Flex to stop trying processing an order
From the Orders page, click on 'View' button of the order you want to cancel.

From the Order Details page, click the 'cancel order' button in the upper right corner
MIT only
This feature is only available for orders in Processing status, typically MIT.
Refund order that is not available for cancellation
