Allow/mask user's access to Customer Info
What is PII
Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is your customers sensitive information, such as: name, email address, phone number.
What about the credit card information?
Full credit card numbers are never accessible on the Merchant Portal, even to admins.
The only payment instrument info disclosed are the first 6, and last 4 credit card numbers.
Allow or mask a User's access to Customer Info
As an admin, you have the capability to hide this information by default, making it accessible only to users who require it for their roles (eg. Customer Service).
1. Navigate to the user's profile page
From the Users page, click the 'View' button of the profile you would like to edit.

2. Check/Uncheck the PII box from the personal settings
Clicking the 'Edit' button on the top right corner of the section,
By default, the PII data is masked for all users. Uncheck this box to show PII data for this user. Click 'Save' when done
